I love doing these monthly roundups! Can I say that even though this is only the second one? Yes, I’m going to say yes, I can. It makes me feel thankful for what a wonderful life I have and happy that I am able to share it with such amazing people. That’s part of why I like Instagram. It’s like a photo album for life.
Just like in June, I didn’t take enough photos of everyday life on my digital camera to make a roundup of my favorite adventures. So all these pictures are from my Instagram. There’s nothing wrong with that though!
Of course, there’s even more than what’s pictured.
I had a job interview that taught me to always do careful research beforehand. Last week, I learned that the MOCA has three locations, but only after being a bad navigator and getting my boyfriend and I lost. What else? I understand a little bit more about babies after being around one this month, but I’m sure there’s plenty more in store later.
I haven’t mentioned this on here yet, but my cat went missing this month. He was getting old and maybe it was his time to go. We checked around and since he hasn’t shown up, I’ve accepted that it was his time. It’s easier than wondering when or if he could come back.
Next week I’ll be saying goodbye to one of my close friends before she moves for college. Of course, I’ll see her after that because her family lives nearby mine, but it will be different.
I’ve also felt extra grateful for my friends and family lately, for whatever reason. No matter the reason, it’s a good thing. If I had to guess, I would say it has something to do with the bundle of joy that is my nephew.
So, what have you been up to lately? Any plans for August? I’m going on a trip to Boise, Idaho to visit family soon. That should be super adventurous!
Great pictures! Looks like you’re having lots of fun. I’m so sorry to hear about your cat, it’s always sad to lose a pet.
Thanks you, Erika. Yeah, pets are like family.
Cute little baby there. He’s adorbz.
